Pakistan Successfully Tests 400 KM Range Fatah-II Guided Rocket

The Pakistani army successfully conducted a training launch of the Fatah-II guided rocket system with a range of 400 km on Wednesday, according to a statement from the military. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the media wing of the army, announced that the launch aimed to perfect launch drills and procedures.

“Equipped with the state-of-the-art navigation system, unique trajectory, and maneuverable features, Fatah-II is capable of engaging targets with high precision,” the ISPR stated. The rocket system is set to be inducted into Pakistan’s artillery divisions for stand-off, precision engagement of deep targets.

The Fatah-II is expected to significantly upgrade the reach and lethality of the Pakistan Army’s conventional arsenal, enhancing its ability to engage targets with high accuracy.
